We do not believe in a "canned curriculum/program" approach to professional development; therefore, all of our professional development experiences are tailored to the individual and group needs of the stakeholders with whom we are working. Program Evaluation & Climate Surveys
With vast experiences in both general and special education, we are well-equipped and experienced with providing schools with strategies and processes to improve, modify, or create more robust school programming. This expertise also allows us to work with departments to review and provide feedback on curriculum and assessment.
Self-Paced Professional Development Modules
If you are looking for a more “at your own pace” type of professional development, we have you covered. We will develop tailored online PD modules for educational stakeholders. Like our PD experiences, each course will be unique and created to help stakeholders reach their specific wants and needs. As with our in-person experiences, we will be available to answer questions and provide feedback and guidance.
